Creating Space and Opportunity
We are three Indigenous women from the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations with the shared goal of seeing ourselves reflected back at us on our own land.

We, Faith Sparrow-Crawford, Salia Joseph, and Jade George, established Host Consulting Inc. in 2020 with the goal of providing opportunity for our nation members to flourish on our territory. With our unique set of skills and experience, we are a dynamic and vibrant team.

We provide specific and valuable knowledge and insight on the arts and working with our nations in Metro Vancouver, the unceded, occupied, and traditional territories of the XÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÉ™m, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and SÉ™lilwÉ™taɬ peoples.
Our mission is to work with our communities and different municipalities towards creating a place that reflects who we are as MST peoples through public art consultation, decolonial dialogues and discussions, and project management and liaising.
Salia Joseph
Salia’s post-secondary experience with critical Indigenous studies, along with her experience in advocacy, policy and curation in the art world, combine to create a set of skills that are very useful for situating herself in public art consulting. Her experience with community outreach and her background with curation are strengths she brings to the work.
